Refund Policy

Every student begins with three completely free classes. No payment is taken before or during the trial, and there is no obligation to continue afterwards. If you decide the institute is not right for you, simply tell us and nothing further is owed.

Regular classes are billed monthly in advance. Once a month of classes has commenced, that month's fee is not refundable — but unused classes in that month can be carried forward or credited where agreed in advance.

You may increase or reduce your weekly hours, or move between individual and group classes, at the start of any new billing month. Tell us at least 7 days before your renewal date so we can adjust your timetable and teacher allocation.

You can stop classes at any time. Please give us 7 days notice before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month. Classes already paid for and not yet taken may be completed before you leave.

If a teacher is unavailable or a technical failure on our side prevents a class, the class is rescheduled at no cost, or the equivalent amount is credited to your next invoice — your choice.

If you experience a genuine emergency, illness or a sustained connectivity problem, contact us. We deal with these cases individually and, where reasonable, will pause your enrolment or credit the affected classes.

Where a refund is approved it is returned through the same method used for payment, normally within 7 to 14 working days of approval. You will receive confirmation once it has been issued.
